South LA Pride isn’t just about music, dancing, and unapologetic queer joy—it’s about the food too. We’re calling all food trucks, chefs, snack slingers, and beverage bosses to come serve up your best bites and sips at the 2025 South LA Pride celebration!

We’re creating a joyful, affirming space to celebrate Black and Brown LGBTQ+ communities—and that celebration includes good food, cold drinks, and vendors who represent the heart and soul of South LA.

South LA Pride returns on Saturday, August 9th, 2025, from 12PM–8PM at the Michelle & Barack Obama Sports Complex.
Fill out the form below to be considered for a booth space. Please note: space is limited, so submitting an application does not guarantee a spot. If selected, a member of our vendor market committee will follow up with next steps. Priority will be given to local South LA vendors.
No open flames are allowed. Food vendors are required to bring anything they need to operate their booth spaces.
All vendors are required to have cash as an option for payment for Pride attendees.
There is no electricity available and generators are prohibited on the park field.

Regular applications close June 30th, 2025. After June 30th the fee increases. Final deadline July 31st.

The final deadline to apply to be a vendor or exhibitor is July 31, 2025. But we wouldn’t wait that long. Spaces are limited.
Acceptance: You will be notified via e-mail of your acceptance.

You will have five days to make your payment online after acceptance notification.

General Load In: August 9, 8AM - 11AM (same day)

Outside of food trucks, open flames are generally banned to prevent wildfires.

All vendors are required to have cash as an option for payment for Pride attendees.

The Los Angeles Municipal Code prohibits the consumption of alcoholic beverages within park boundaries.

There is no electricity available.

We reserve the right to determine vendor location. This determination will be based on the size and space available as well as the type of craft, product or attraction.
Sponsors – Sponsorship arrangements may prohibit the sale of certain brands or types of food/beverage. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the event without refund.

Booth sizes are 10×10 unless otherwise agreed to and include one table and two chairs. Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own table cloths.
