South LA Pride will soon be accepting vendor applications for our 2025 celebration! We welcome LGBTQ+ and allied businesses, nonprofits, artists, and food vendors—with a strong focus on South LA-based entrepreneurs. Priority is given to Black and Brown-owned businesses, women-owned, veteran-owned, minority-owned vendors, and community organizations. Be part of a vibrant, inclusive marketplace that celebrates queer culture, creativity, and connection in the heart of South Los Angeles.

Our Vendor Market applications are now open—calling all small businesses, organizations, creatives, and community sellers ready to show up and show out!

Fill out the form below to be considered for a booth space. Please note: space is limited, so submitting an application does not guarantee a spot. If selected, a member of our vendor market committee will follow up with next steps. Priority will be given to local South LA vendors.

One 10x10 booth area with (1) 6-ft table and two (2) chairs will be provided to participating vendors. We do not provide table covers.

Regular applications close June 30th, 2025. After June 30th the fee increases. Final deadline July 31st.

What is the Deadline to Apply?

The final deadline to apply to be a vendor or exhibitor is July 31, 2025.

Acceptance: You will be notified via e-mail of your acceptance.  

How Do I Pay for My Booth?

You will have five days to make your payment online after acceptance notification.

Do Vendors Have to Accept Cash for Goods and Food?

All vendors are required to have cash as an option for payment for Pride attendees.

Is Electricity Provided?

There is no electricity available and generators are prohibited on the park field

Where Will My Booth Be?

We reserve the right to determine vendor location. This determination will be based on the size and space available as well as the type of craft, product or attraction. 

Sponsors – Sponsorship arrangements may prohibit the sale of certain brands or types of food/beverage. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the event without refund.

What Size Are the Booths?

Booth sizes are 10×10 unless otherwise agreed to and include one table and two chairs.  Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own table cloths.

Can Food Vendors Have Open Flames?

No open flames are allowed.  Food vendors are required to bring anything they need to operate their booth spaces.
